TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible and at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not provide the required notice, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Packages are to be paid in full at the time of your first appointment. Packages expire after 12 months from the date of your first consult. There are no refunds for appointments not used, however you can amend your appointment dates with at least 24 hours notice, within the 12 month expiry.
As a patient of Flower The Naturopath, you agree to provide all medical history that pertains to your treatment and will advise any changes of medications, supplements or treatments as soon as possible.
Credit card fees apply of 2%, postage of any products is additional based on weight.
